 I / We agree to provide key and/or security access code upon completion of this agreement.

For YEAR-ROUND, WINTER OR SEASONAL rentals, SEASCAPE REALTY, INC. will collect the initial rental payment ONLY. All other rental payments will be made directly to you by the tenant. For WEEKLY rentals, SEASCAPE REALTY, INC. will collect the full rent when the lease is signed by the tenant. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be paid directly to you by the tenant. You are responsible for holding and refunding the SECURITY DEPOSIT.

I / We understand the commission rate charged by SEASCAPE REALTY, INC. is TEN (10%) PERCENT of the total rent which will be deducted from the initial payment collected when the lease is signed by the tenant. I / We hereby authorize SEASCAPE REALTY, INC. to advertise the property for rent at the rate(s) and terms described herein.
